Description:
The Bureau of Reclamation created the Water Conservation Field Service Program (WCFSP) or Program, which is design to: encourage water conservation; assist water agencies to develop and implement effective water management and conservation plans; coordinate with state and other local conservation plan efforts; and generally foster improved water management on a regional, statewide and watershed basis. Areas of emphasis include: Water Management Planning; Water Conservation Education; Demonstration of Innovative Technologies and Implementation of Conservation Measures.
